This artisan sourdough loaf is naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and baked in small batches with my own mature sourdough starter, curated with local ingredients.

Each loaf is hand-mixed, patiently proofed, and hearth-baked for a caramelized crust and airy, chewy crumb. Expect deep flavor, rustic character, and a nourishing loaf that feels like home.

Loaf Details:

  • Approx. 750–800g baked weight

  • Naturally leavened (no commercial yeast)

  • Slowly fermented (20–24 hrs) for depth of flavor
