Oat Rye Sourdough

A deeply flavorful loaf made with oat and rye flours for an earthy, tender crumb and a beautifully rustic crust. It is especially good with salted butter, sharp cheese, smoked meats, or a bowl of something warm.

Made to order: Each loaf is baked fresh in small batches. Pickup timing and availability are confirmed after purchase.

Storage: Best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store cut-side down on a board or in a bread bag. Freeze sliced for longer storage.
