The Heritage Story

Hearth + Heritage began with a simple belief: food has always been about more than what’s on the table.

Some of my earliest memories are tied to recipes, gatherings, and the people who made everyone feel welcome. Later, culinary school gave me a deeper understanding of technique, ingredients, and craftsmanship, but it never changed what mattered most about food: bringing people together.

After years focused on family, Hearth + Heritage became a way to reconnect those two worlds—professional training and the warmth of a home kitchen. Today, every loaf, mix, cracker, and bake is created with the same goal: to make something worth sharing.

Hearth + Heritage is inspired by the foods people return to again and again—the loaf on the counter, the recipe passed between friends, the treat brought to a gathering. We believe the best food doesn’t need to be complicated. It simply needs to be made with care and shared with others.

While bread was where the journey began, Hearth + Heritage has always been about more than a single product. From baking mixes and crackers to seasonal offerings and future classes, we’re building a brand centered on hospitality, creativity, and connection.

More Than a Bakery

Hearth + Heritage is growing one market, one recipe, and one shared table at a time. Whether you’re baking from a mix, starting your sourdough journey, or picking up something fresh from the market, our goal is the same—to create things worth sharing.

Where Culinary Training Meets Home Baking

Culinary school taught technique, precision, and respect for ingredients. Home cooking taught something equally important: food is ultimately about people. Hearth + Heritage brings those lessons together, balancing craftsmanship with approachability and creating products that feel both thoughtful and familiar.
